Welcome to Fabue Official! This page is the Terms and Conditions in accordance with which we supply our product(s) listed in our website to you. Kindly read through these Terms and Conditions before ordering any product(s) from the website. You’ll agree to bound by these Terms and Conditions upon your order confirmation through Fabue Official.


TERMS OF SALE

  1. In order to place an order, you will need to register with us by signing up an Account on our official website. Sign up information will need to be accurate and true, and shall keep your information up to date.
  2. You are required to follow the online shopping process on our website and once Order Confirmation received, it will act as an acknowledgement of your Order. We may need to refuse Order Cancellation at this point as Order Confirmation has sent out to you.
  3. In the case of Mistaken Orders, please contact us immediately via fabueofficial@gmail.com or DM @fabueofficial through our social media (Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok)
  4. In the case of Abandoned Cart, you order availability will last for 48 hours only. Order will be cancelled automatically if your cart has not proceeded for check out.


PAYMENT

Available payment methods can be complete via FPX, Bank Transfer, and Debit/Credit Card.


For customers who proceed with Bank Transfer

After receiving Order Confirmation email, kindly make remittance of total amount to the follow bank details:

For E-Wallet Payment through DuitNow Pay, Tng Pay, Grab Pay & Shopee Pay, kindly scan the provided QR at checkout page and remark “Your Order ID” and “Paid” at payment details column.


REFUND & REPLACEMENT

All product(s) are not eligible for Return, Replacement, or Refund. Our return policy is ONLY APPLICABLE to any item(s) that have defect and delivered in Malaysia, within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Please make sure the item(s) is in original condition, with the original packaging, original tags, and tickets attached.
  • Returns are free if the product you received is wrong or defective, otherwise shipping charges will be borne by you.
  • A final inspection will be done to ensure all items are in their original condition before processing your returns.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
  • In the case of the product(s) were damage during delivery process, faulty hardware, or faulty product(s), we will need a clear photo of the issue as proof and we will then proceed for Refund/Replacement process.

 

How to request Refund or Replacement?

Please note that our Refund/Replacement policy lasts 7 days from date of purchase. In the case of customers proceed for returning the product(s), shipping cost amount will be bare by koyii official. DELIVERY

  1. We aim to deliver the product(s) to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Orders. We are currently available for domestic shipping only and as for worldwide shipping TBA soon.
  2. All product(s) are in PRE-ORDER basis, it will take up to 7-14 working days to ship. Once your orders shipped, it may take up to 3-5 working days to arrive.
  3. We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date due to unexpected event.
  4. Please note that it might not be possible for us to cancel the delivery process or change of delivery destination once Order Confirmed and Shipped.
  5. Courier Service that we engaged – DHL, J&T Express, Citylink Express, Easy Parcel etc.

VOUCHERS

We will provide promotional vouchers in order to fulfil customer satisfaction from time-to-time.

  1. We may distribute promotional vouchers that may be used only on our official website, which we will send to you via Email or post on our social media page or website.
  2. All promotional vouchers must be entered at the Check Out page online only. Any digital/physical presentation of the voucher to our staff/delivery staff will not be accepted.
  3. All promotional vouchers are only valid for a specific period stated on the voucher Terms & Conditions.
  4. All promotional vouchers can only be redeemed once and may not be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers and discounted items; customers are eligible to redeem ONE voucher per promotional campaign.
